Music Department positions
The cathedral music program is pleased to announce four open positions of employment. The Choir School seeks to hire musicians to serve as Rehearsal Accompanist and Assistant Children’s Choir Conductor. Also to be filled are two administrative positions–Choir School Administrator and Music Series Manager. These part-time positions may be filled by separate individuals or may be combined to suit the qualifications of interested applicants. Job descriptions below. Sexton
The Sexton supports the Cathedral Facilities & Events Manager in ensuring the campus of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral reflects our mission of being a house of prayer for all people and a sacred gathering place for worship. We strive to maintain a clean, hospitable and safe environment in service to that mission. The Sexton plays a vital role in the maintenance and security of the Cathedral buildings and grounds as well as providing hospitality and support for a variety of services and events. The Sexton represents the Cathedral and interacts with parishioners, ministries, staff and outside user groups. The Sexton reports to the Cathedral Facilities & Events Manager. Cathedral Shop Volunteer
