Flentrop Organ Concerts

St. Mark’s presents a series of concerts played by internationally renowned artists on the world-famous Flentrop organ, built in 1965.


Organ Plus Concert Series

2:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoons in Thomsen Chapel

Concerts on the Marion Camp Oliver Organ (built by Paul Fritts and Co.) in the intimate setting of Thomsen Chapel featuring organ solos and organ with instrumentalists and singers.


The Olivier Messiaen 100th Anniversary Organ Cycle

To commemorate the 100th birthday of great French organist and composer Olivier Messiaen (1908-1992), the four organists of St. James and St. Mark’s Cathedrals collaborate this autumn to present Messiaen’s complete organ compositions in a series of six recitals. The concerts at St. Mark’s Cathedral will be performed on the Flentrop organ. The concerts at St. James Cathedral will feature the Hutchings Votey organ in the West Gallery, built in 1907, and the Rosales organ in the East Apse, built in 2000.


The World Music Series

This season, there will be a series of events representing music of Chinese, Japanese, African and Spanish traditions.


Choral Eucharists

On six Sundays throughout the church year, the Cathedral Choir presents choral masses at the 11:00 am service.
