Eucharistic
Visitors
The Eucharist is at the heart of the Christian
Community. When an individual cannot attend a liturgical service because of
illness,Communion may be brought to the home or the hospital following regularly scheduled
services. Thus the individual shares in the parish celebration and its richness. The
prayers of the larger body are bought with the minister. Training is given to selected
people who would like to serve in this ministry.

Healing
Ministry
Since the time of the early
church lay healers have been called from the community. At Saint Mark's lay healers serve
at all Sunday Eucharists and pray for the individual needs and thanksgivings of community
members. Those who serve in the Healing Ministry receive training in this ministry
and bring the concerns of this church body into their own prayer.
For information call Carol

Loaves and
Fishes
In small towns when someone is laid low from
illness,or there is a death in the family, the community goes into high gear to help out.
Loaves and Fishes is Saint Mark's ministry to help us function like the folks in small
towns. If you or someone in the family falls ill, is hospitalized, if there is a death or
birth in the family, or other emergency--please let Saint Mark's help. The Loaves and
Fishes coordinator will arrange for cooks to provide easy-to-eat/easy-to-keep and get them
to your home.
