Simeon & Anna Guild of Elders
SAGE

S.A.G.E. is a loosely organized ministry at Saint Mark’s Cathedral honoring the contribution of elders to the life of this community.  It supports the continued growth of older persons in faith and service.  A sage is a person who is honored for his or her wisdom, experience, and judgment.

A sage person is perceptive and discerning.  To be a sage person is to be wise about our folly, familiar with our grief and fearless about our own self-understanding.
