Eucharistic Visitors
The Eucharist is at the heart of the Christian community. When an individual cannot attend a liturgical service because of illness, communion may be brought to the home or the hospital following regularly scheduled services. Thus, the individual shares in the parish celebration and its richness. The prayers of the larger body are brought with the minister. Training is given to selected people who would like to serve in this ministry.
