Installation of the Seventh Dean of Saint Mark's Cathedral
The Vestry and People of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral, Seattle cordially invite you to the Celebration of Ministry at which The Right Reverend Gregory H. Rickel, Bishop of Olympia, will install The Very Reverend Steven L. Thomason as Dean of Saint Mark’s Cathedral.

How can you help?
Please help celebrate this exciting occasion by bringing fingerfood for the reception. To celebrate Steve and Kathy Thomason's years in the South and to welcome them to the Northwest, finger foods with a Southern or Northwest flair have been suggested, but all kinds of finger foods are welcome (including desserts). Beverages will be provided. Food can be dropped off at Bloedel as early as noon, or brought directly to the reception.

Saint Mark's Cathedral is fortunate to have a large parking lot in addition to street parking, however, we encourage you to consider the environment and carpool or take the bus. Bicycle and scooter parking is available on the north side of campus in the passthrough area to parking behind the St. Nicholas building.
The Cathedral is accessible to those who are unable to use steps. Please pull beyond the steps at the entrance to the handicap parking. A ramp is located on this side of the steps. The Cathedral Nave is on the same level as the front porch of the building. If you would find it helpful to use a wheelchair to find a seat, please ask an usher to help. They have access to a wheelchair.
Access to the reception in Bloedel Hall can be attained by travelling around the outside of the building.
