Volunteering with Childcare
Anyone working with children at Saint Mark’s must successfully complete the Washington State Patrol background check and orientation training.
Parents & Adults
We ask that parents volunteer at least 6 times a year. We also encourage any adult who loves to rock babies, play an instrument or share a special gift to inquire about volunteering.
This is a way of giving back to the other parents who need a quiet moment in church. It also enables our staff to have such a low ratio of childcare provider to kids as we strive to give our full attention to each child.
The Child Care Center Teen Mentoring Program
Are you in 8-12 grade? Do you like to play with kids? Do you have school volunteer service requirements? If so, the Saint Mark's Child Care Center is for you!
The Child Care Center Teen Mentoring Program teaches child development, safety, & lots of fun games while you earn volunteer hours for school.
