Saint Mark's is
a Christ-centered community that welcomes all children. A goal of the Strategic Plan is
“to achieve full inclusion of children and youth in every facet of cathedral ministry
and programs.” We encourage families to
worship with their infants and toddlers at all services.
At the same time, the cathedral offers many options for young children and
their parents so all can have an opportunity for peaceful worship and study.
The Child Care Center is a
great resource for children and parents. It
is a warm and safe environment. The main childcare room is a bright space with many large
and small motor development toys. The kids love the sand and water table, train table,
messy art experiences and comfy reading beanbags.
